We've spent several years designing and testing what we feel is the lightest most functional tool for your tool kit. We were unhappy carrying around the bodies of all the wrenches when we really only needed 1 body and a few ends.
We introduce to you the AEROLITE Wrench. This wrench is machined out of billet Gr5 Titanium for strength rigidity, anti-corrosion and is non-magnetic.
We have designed a mating foot that easily snaps on for all of your common sizes. These are sold separately here: Interchangeable End
This wrench also allows you to use your favorite 1/4'' drive sockets. For most brands the wrench will accept up to 13mm socket or approximately 7/8'' in outside diameter. For the larger sockets we offer modified sockets so they fit. They can be found here:
The wrench body only weighs a mere 40 grams. Combine that with our heaviest foot, 17mm and the combined weight is 58g. A standard steel 17mm wrench is 156g, a 275% weight increase!!!!!!
Titanium is very strong however, we suggest that you not exceed 50 ft/lbs of torque. Most of your fasteners factory torque specs do not exceed this. This is not the tool to be taking off your primary clutch.
